Use ½ cup of cold fruit juice to bloom gelatin in a bowl, let sit for a few minutes
Add remaining cup of fruit juice to pot with ½ cup maple syrup and bring to a boil
Pour hot juice into the bowl of bloomed gelatin until gelatin dissolves
Pour into gummy molds or a 8x8 pan with parchment paper
let sit for a few hours or place in the fridge for less time
