Mix together melted butter, potato flake sourdough starter & honey together
Add in fresh milled flour, oats and combine
Press half of the mixture into an 8x8 dish, lined with parchment paper
Spread your homemade jam on top while keeping it away from the sides
Cover the remaining mixture, lightly press entire mixture into the pan, be careful so it doesn't come out
Bake at 350 degrees, once out let it cool then place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or add to the freezer if you need it quicker.
take out of pan and cut into 12 slices
store in the fridge for 1 week or on the counter for 3-4 days.
